NEW Formulated Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipsticks Review & Swatches

Rimmel London has came out with new shades and a new formula for the Moisture Renew Lipsticks!  I saw the display at CVS and freaked out!  I approached my instagram peeps and asked what the deal is!

I got a mixture of responses.  Some said that it was the same thing as what they have in the permanent line but just the packaging changed, and some said that it was new packaging, new shades, and new formulations.

It turns out to be the latter.  Plus they did keep some of the old shades with a new formulations.  So I went through the entire display and picked out 4 of my fave shades!  Here are some swatches for ya!

These are $8.99 at my local CVS.  Yes I know it's pricey!  But then again, I live in New York City!  Boo...

I spotted a couple of these Rimmel items on sale at Walgreens including its Bronzer and Lipsicks!

Rimmel Vinyl Gloss from Canada

Now tell me if I am wrong, but I have not seen these Rimmel Vinyl Gloss anywhere in the United States.  I am currently near Toronto Canada and spotted these, and I was like "Ohhhhhh".  They are now on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart for $3.99!!  I know they are available in the UK, but we want them in the US Rimmel!!!

 Oh the beautiful drugstore of Canada also provides lots of testers and so I was able to test a couple out!  It looks absolutely amazing!!!

It goes on very smoothly and very pigmented, and there are a wide variety of colors to choose from.

Anyone seen these in Canada or in the US?  Do you think the US is going to come out with these?

Does not really lengthen
Volume works really well
Does not smudge, smear nor flake
Wish that it would separate my lashes a bit more (and hence tips of lashes feel stubbly instead of tapered off)
I like that it is very dark
Holds curl quite well
Lasts all day
Washes off easily
The lashes do look and feel a bit like falsies

NEW Rimmel Clean Finish Foundation

 

I found the new Rimmel Clean Finish Foundation at Walmart for $3.97.  That's pretty darn cheap for a foundation.  It claims to be light weight, and has vitamin A & E.  And the biggest claim is that you would look 100% poreless.  Intrigued?  I am!  It seems to have a nice variety of colors too.  I counted!  There are a total of 16 shades.  The picture above and below are the two shelves of colors that they have.

 I am guessing that this maybe my color?  Ah.. I really should have bought this one!

I saw Emily Noel's video and she reviewed this foundation.  What's most interesting about this foundation is that it comes with an applicator, which I have never seen in a foundation.  Take a look at her video and you will see!

NEW Rimmel Moisture Renew Cream Lipgloss

Have you seen these Rimmel Moisture Renew Cream Lipglosses yet?  Well, it's actually not THAT new.  I just haven't put these pictures up here.  

 Oh by the way, do you recognize the model on the shelf?  That's Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles!  Now back to the lipgloss, it claims that it reduces lip dryness by 95% and it's also SPF 15.  With lipglosses, I always wonder if they are sticky to the lips.

 

I have to say that I really do like the packaging.  They look so sleek.  Also, the color selections are very nice.  Look at those gorgeous pinks above.

 

And there are some browns and other deeper colors too!   I took pictures of all the colors except for  "Purple Rescue".  I believe that's the one that is being shown on the cardboard, but I could be wrong.  As you can see, it retails for $6.59 by me.  That's not too bad for a nice looking lip gloss!

 Here's a nice red one!  Come one camera!!  Why didn't you focus??!!!

NEW Rimmel Glam' Eyes Quad

 

I saw this at Walgreens and they look SO PRETTY!!  They are definitely a lot better than those little quads they are selling for 75% off at CVS right now!   They shadows look very Satiny, and shimmery.  The colors look rich and vibrant and there is a wide selection of them.  I also saw a little instructional picture in the back as with many drugstore quads now showing you where to put each color.They are a little under $6 from the Walgreens.  Check them out!  If you have them, share with us what you think in the comment section below?
