Keep a couple of things in mind. This is how professional makeup artists prep skin on clients. We have to be 1) hygenic (which means disposable everything) so hence the cotton, q tip etc. 2) There may not sink and water where we are working. So rinsing maynot be an option so therefore have to rinse with a cotton soaked with water. So at home, you can obviously rinse with water instead.
