All I have to say is OMG!!! Look at the prices in the bottom pictures too!!! Most of these makeup and palettes are WAY under $10!! You can't beat that! Good going Forever 21!! I am officially impressed!!!

I have the forever21 feather eyeshadow palette(i think it is still on the site....) and it is very pigmented, but the Flower Palette is TERRIBLE. Shadows are chalky and blushes are flaky. I ahve mixed feelings on F21.
