After seeing cosmeticcandiesfyi's tutorial, I was inspired and did a look very similar to hers. I didn't use the base that she used, but I did use the ELF Beauty Book Neutral Eye Edition or ELF Beauty Encyclopedia's Basic Eye Edition to create the look. See her tutorial below. It's a very nice tutorial!
