NEW Jesse's Girl Eyes Palettes

 Jesse's Girl came out with some new palettes for a whopping $3.99.  It has 9 color for each palette, and there are a total of 4 palettes.  Below I found 3 of the 4 palettes.  I have seen them in almost every Rite Aid Store, and they look pretty.  You can't really beat the price but the question is, how's the quality?  Has anyone tried?

 I saw these at Rite Aid.  Now these Jesse's Girl's High Intensity Nail Polish have some really nice unusual neon colors!  If you are into neon colors, this is for you!  It retails for $2.99.

Here's how it looks like on my nails! (Please forgive that it's not painted perfectly.  I did it really quickly for illustration reasons just so that you can see).  The color is amazing, and it stays on for days too, but I found it hard to paint evenly.
