Vegan and Paleo Weight Loss Morning Smoothie Recipe:
1 cups fresh or frozen mango
3-5 ice cubes
1 Tbsp honey (for vegans, use maple syrup or agave)
1 1/2 cups almond milk (no sugar ones please!)
1 Tbsp creamy almond butter (no sugar added ones also!)
1/2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 banana
