I ordered a Crown Brush 28 neutral palette through Hautelook and it came shattered. :( I hate their packaging, the box was just placed in a plastic bag marked "Hautelook" and my address sticker was on it, no bubble wrap or anything. At the least I'd expect a bubbled envelope :( Can you share what you think of the Laura Gellar products? Thanks for the vid!
