NEW Covergirl Intense ShadowBlast
Spotted these Covergirl Intense ShadowBlast recently! This is interesting because Covergirl is billing this as a primer or shadow base. Here's what it says on the website: "Discover rich, waterproof eyeshadows with a built-in primer for color that lasts — in 6 intensely beautiful shades."
